Buying or renting a power washer to clean your concrete surfaces is an excellent start. Use a biodegradable detergent or ammonia if water by itself isn’t doing enough. Muriatic acid is good for tough stains but it’s dangerous to use and extreme care and protective gear must be worn when using it. You should apply a sealant once the concrete is clean. This will protect it from staining and be easier to clean.
